Reservations cancelled before 1200 hrs, two days prior to check-in date - No Cancellation charges

 

Reservations cancelled before 0900 hrs on the date of check-in, 25% of the booking amount shall be payable as cancellation charges

 

For No Shows 75% of the booking amount shall be payable as cancellation charges

Refunds due, if any will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
