* Technical Data: IP addresses and cookies used for website performance and analytics.

2. Mandatory Requirements for Foreign Nationals (Form C)

In compliance with the Foreigners Act, 1946, we are legally required to collect additional information from guests who are not Indian citizens:

* Data Collected: Passport details, Visa number/type, and details of your previous and next destinations.

* Legal Reporting: This information is submitted to the Bureau of Immigration (BoI) via the Form C portal within 24 hours of your arrival.

* Verification: You must present your original Passport and valid Visa at check-in for digital recording.

3. How We Use Your Data

* Reservations: To manage your stay via the Yanolja platform.

* Legal Compliance: To maintain the "Guest Register" (Form B) and "Form C" as required by Indian authorities.

* Marketing: To send you occasional newsletters and special offers. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

* Government Authorities: The Bureau of Immigration and local Police Authorities as required by Indian law.

* Service Providers: Our trusted partners, Yanolja (Booking Engine) and Razorpay (Payment Gateway).

Your data is protected using SSL encryption during transmission. By using Razorpay and Yanolja, your sensitive information is handled according to high industry security standards (PCI-DSS).
